My weightloss story

    Hi Friends,

    This is the first time i have started my own thread..:wow...
    This is not the first time though i am trying to loose weight.:rotfl. This time i wanted to do something different that keeps me focused to achieve my goal. All the best to my self.. & everyone who wish to join me in my journey.

    I have a target to loose 10 kgs in 3 months with a target of 3 months each month.
    Current Weight- 64 kg
    Current Date- Nov 23, 2015
    Goal weight- 54 kg
    Goal Date- Feb 29, 2016


    I have been reading articles, reviewing videos & every informative source possible. Based on that here is my diet & exercise plan i have made for my self

    Diet:

    - drink 3 ltr water
    - green tea - 2 cups
    - salad- 2 times
    - dinner- soup + veg
    - sprouted beans- everyday
    - no salt, sugar and carbs after 6 pm

    Diet plan for week 1 (11/23 to 11/29)

    - 7 am warm water+honey+lime
    - 8 am oats +milk+dry fruits
    - 10 to 11 am exercise
    - 11 am sprouted beans or fruit smoothie
    - 1.30 pm lunch 1 roti (wheat bran+til+flax seeds powder mixed) +veg+daal+chaas
    - 4 pm fruit + green tea
    - 6 pm dinner veg daliya or thali peeth (roti made from jowar atta + green leafy veg)
    - 8 pm veg soup
    - 10 pm warm milk or fruit ( optional if feel hungry)

    Exercise
    - 1 hour workout morning
    - 20 mins yoga or walk in the evening

    Exercise Plan for week 1 (11/23 to 11/29)

    - Monday upper body
    - Tuesday lower body
    - Wednesday cardio
    - Thursday upper body
    - Friday lower body
    - Saturday cardio
    - Sunday - rest

    Pls do share your tips/ suggestions if any

    Hi aashiI want to join u in this journey. I have started it 2 months back, lost 3 kgs but gained 1 kg. not consistent. I want to start over again. My current weight- 53 kgCurrent date- nov 23 2015Goal wt- 46 kg Goal date - feb 29 2016I will modify your diet and exercise to suit me as am working.Will start the diet from tomorrow but will exercise from dec 1 as periods are on the way. Really hope to lose atleast 2 kgs by new year....
