My weight loss success story

    I had been meaning to Sweety. Will do soon. I have about 11 lbs more to go.

    Yesterdays Menu: target below 1200 calories

    Breakfast: Coffee 20, Bagel 100 and cream cheese 35
    Snack: Banana 100
    Lunch: Chicken breast with lemon and herbs 175, green salad 35 with lowfat dressing 25
    snack: Kelloggs cereal 100 (without milk...lol) 120
    Dinner: Sambar rice 250
    Ice cream: 1/2 cup, 120.

    Total: 1080

    Wow cereal with out milk...osam..and I saw sambar rice first time in your menu..yay..

    lol...ya, I was craving sambar the otherday and so I made some Sweety. I had been so sick yesterday though. Sore throat was so bad that I could hardly speak. Had to go to ER...
    Thanks Anu...I have this app (fitness pal) where I customize the recipes and quantities to get the right calorie consumption.

    Since I was so sick, I hardly ate in 2 days. no point in updating.

    thanks sweety. I couldnt eat much yesterday as well. Have some rasam in a mug for lunch and mashed chicken soup (1 cup). So, probably didnt even hit 400 calories all day yesterday.

    I am feeling a lot better today. So, I guess I will be able to eat more.

    Hey Rakhii,

    Did you get to your target weight that is 54 kgs. I would like to know your update. And also you never mentioned the height. I just want to know your BMI at 54 kgs. Would you like to share dear.

    Hi Sweety, I was too shy to share my height :( too short you see :)
    Lol, any way I am only 5' 1''.
    Yes, I hit my target weight and BMI. I am now at 21.16 (ideal range between 18.5 and 24.9). I am now 50.8 kgs.
