When I took VRS in 1998, I was 55. I joined my parents at Chennai after nearly 3 decades of career spent in Northern cities including New Delhi & Mumbai then Bombay.

I was busy like a bee since my joining parents in their sunset years. I went to AVM studios and meet producer Director Muthukrishnan for role in small screen serial. I was asked whether I can ride a horse? I told in Missouri GOI training I was taught to ride stallions. .....then I taught maths to class +2 in a tutorial owned by my friend just opposite my residence. ... then took up a task for my class mate to secure ISI certificate for his ongoing business.

Then my son suggested I write and co tribute to newspapers and magazine. That was thrilling moment with my maiden attempt, story got published in The new Indian Express resulting in unexpected income. From then on it is only contributing articles write ups and anecdotes to magazines fortnightly monthly and dailies in Tamil and English. CHICKEN SOUP FOR SOUL series of books gave more impetus for contribution of personal experiences.

Now with parents reached their ultimate destination in 2010/11, daughter married, son stationed elsewhere, I had lot to experiment in kitchen. I attempted my hand in making many dishes which my spouse could endure and at times demanded encore, I tried varieties of recipes including that miserable uppuma,I virtually turned a Home maker for succeeding years.

Life is going on even keel with regular solving sudoku one a day and watching Wall Street and Dalal street and in between responding to rare posts by @HariLakhera & others.

"solving sudoku" and add to this Jumble, Kubko, Boggle, Lexigo, and of course, figuring out what is next. Kitchen is out of bond.

Sir some time back I watched a movie. Hero would force himself into a mirror and enter to his pervious birth. Wondering if you have entered through a glass door same way? if yes how is year 20023?

That is a million $ question. whether 200023 BC or AD both periods difficult to imagine the world. In AD there could be people wearing nuclear radiation protection attire and from tubes. In BC. I shudder to think. Would I be an ape or Dinosaur? Let me wait for IMMORTAL

Please watch the movie one more time. The Hero is Hari only. Also read the Gita. You and I had many births, which I know but you do not.
