My preemie baby and feeding

    Your child will be age adjusted for many developmental milestones. Your baby did not get to cook fully, so there is going to be some hurdles. Maybe small, maybe big, so be watchful till he turns 2, when most preemies complete their catch up growth.

    Today we took him to ped.. He has gained wt. He is now 5pounds and 6oz
    We were happy.. !
    Our main concerns were split ups and also he is trying to vomit out.. but he is clever trying not to throw up.. good try

    ped asked us to buy zantac and put 0.5ml into his mouth and then start feed in that way no acid prob will be there.. also she asked to make him
    sleep upright by putting 1 pillow on his head and 1 on hisleg.. yet to try all these

    we are feeding him within 15-20min and burping for 30min and keeping him in sitting position for 15min.. after doing al this also sometimes he splits out milk only(less amount) and goes to sleep..
