I would like to share with you this easy chicken recipe. Jus marinate the chicken with all the masala powders like chilli,turmeric, coriander, pepper, garam masala pwdrs.Add the same amount of these pwdrs you normally use in any chicken curry.Bt take care not to add too much coriander pwdr...jus one n half teaspoon for 1200g chicken.Also, add..1tsp Soya Sauce, 1tbl spn Gg paste and yogurt.Keep the marinated chicken in fridge atleast 6 hours After 6 hours..tak the chkn out n keep it in room temperature for smetym.Then cook it in slow flame first n then in medium flame with lid on.When the chicken is half done n water frm chicken reduces..add one big tomato.Wait till the tomato gets cooked with chicken all the water get dried up.Switch off flame nw. Keep another pan on stove top.Add ghee when its hot.Then add two or three green chilly cut into small pieces. Wait till u get the flavour of green chilli in ghee.Nw add the cooked chicken.Mix it for smetym..take care wid chkn bcos it is cooked. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves..add little more than we usually use and also add 2 to 3 tblspoon of tomato ketchup as per your taste.. Your dish is ready.Though you hv read a lot in this page its very easy to make...jus marinating..if u can do both your marination n cookin in the same vessel. .its still more easy.After dat mixing. .it will tak max 10 mnts. As I m new in posting a recipe..do ask me if u dint understand anything.

So do you cook with the tomato ketchup or you just mix it. I mean do you add ketchup while the flame is on & mix it or do you add after turning off flame & add to top as garnish
