My Hubby's Mumbai Experience

That is such a heartwarming incident Sree. In this day and age when all we hear are cheating and treachery, it was a sweet surprise to read about your husband’s experience. It has returned in me some of the basic belief in humanity.

Every five years government changes, but Chennai autowalas have come to stay for ever with their exorbitant charges and no action has been taken by any government to enforce that charges should be levied only according to meter.
I envy Mumbaites!

 

I think almost all cities story is the same when it comes to autodrivers except Mumbai..

my well traveled Dh often says , "Mumbai ke hawa mein hi Apnapan hai" (means u feel belongingness only in Mumbai)

U will see this professionalism everrywhere in Mumbai including the maids :thumbsup

 

How I wish I could go live in Mumbai - in all ways a city after my own heart except in one aspect - the heat.

I guess u are talking about the humidity .!!

Heat is Mumbai is way much lesser than Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chennai etc, but being close to sea...its super humid
