My happy married life!!!

This is an very old thread which I wrote during my initial married years. Latest is my hubby passed away 5 months ago on board a vessel. I live alone now and my MIL had shifted to her sister's place. Looking back at those years of good married life, it's very scary now but I'm learning to sail through. I work for an American bank presently in a reasonably good position and my job keeps me going.

I am devasted to hear the news.Your take on your MIL was a refreshing change in contrast to the general diatribe against MILs. It reveals your great mindset. May God guide you to navigate the future with fortitude and peace.
My nephew who was a master Captain handling big ships and ships in distress passed away tragically in his early fifties while laying an Ammonia pipeline from the sea to shore.
