alivelu When she bought lotus plant it has bud which bloomed after two days. Since then she didn't get flowers. We also have lotus plant in our garden. Waiting for the flower. We didn't have pond installed. We planted that in the old kitchen sink. Alivelu[/quote said:

I admire what you have written to help reg. lotus flower. looks very informative. like you say maybe attention needs to be paid to the tuber. hope we hear from alivelu soon reg. this.

Lovely colors Madhu, You have chosen well. Especially loved the double whorl hibiscus. looks like a rose/carnation. my hibiscus has white blooms with pink in the centre.

Alivelu and Madhu .. Your flowers are gorgeous! When I see those beautiful pictures, I'm tempted to buy more plants! But space is such a constraint here .. I can't wait to come back to India!

hi Blondie- Thank u very much for your useful information and quotes. Our sink size is 24" x 18" and depth is 8". The tips u have given are very useful for us. The site you have mentioned here is very useful. we will follow the tips. Once again thank you for your suggestion.

Hi Madhu- The flowers and colours are very nice. I have all the colours except that pink colour hibiscus. I will try for that. Red colour hibiscus is very nice i also have that plant but nowadays it is not blooming. Thank you for posting.
