    Coffee-extra strong so with 1.5spoon sugar..
    BF - Appam + milk & sugar
    Lunch - rice,fish curry,aviyal
    snack 1- fruit lassi
    snack 2- 1mango
    dinner- 2chapati + potato mutter sabzi

    My BF: Oats/Cornflex/Bread with Less Fat Butter
    Lunch: Roti 2,Rice, Green salads, Green Veg curry,Dal,Curd.
    After 4hrs of Lunch: Green Tea/Lemon Juice
    Evening: Puffed rice and one Vajji
    Dinner: Roti 4, Green Sabji, Musoor Dal, Sweet(Sometimes) and chicken (Once in a week) and cucumber

    Hi Ami and all friends, It is been long time I logged in to IL. Hope all are doing good. I too would like to join here. Below is my yesterday's food log .

    Warm water with honey in the morning
    BF : 3 Idly with pudina chetney & glass of milk
    Break 1 : Green Tea
    Lunch : rice with Methi dal
    Break 2 : Green tea
    Dinner : Rice with Brinjal Curry

    B: Wheat bread 2 slices + mango milk shake
    L: rotti 2 + veg curry
    D: 2 Raagi chapathis
    Tea : 2 cups morning and evening
    Snacks : masala pori

    W: 2 L
    Ex: walking - 30 mins (treadmill)

    My food log yesterday :
    Coffee with sugar
    BF: Poha with coconut and jaggery
    Lunch :Rice,2small piece chicken,spring onion sabzi and yams curry
    Snack1 : Green tea
    Snack 2: 1 mango + 2snacks(dont know the name its as big as mini bakkarwadis and taste flour and ghee)
    Dinner - 2chapathi + green gram dal

    Lunch : Roti, moor kuzambu and bottle gourd sabji
    Dinner : Dosa with ladys finger sabji

    @ All : I have a packet of Mint Green Tea and I wanted to drink it daily to loss weight. But its taste so ............ Any suggestions to make a tasty green tea??? Also any results in drinking green tea along with most suited time. Early mrng I love to start my day with a bru coffee but I am trying to change to hot water with honey or green tea.
