    Hi Vani as CB suggested add dry fruits(which arent loaded on sugar) and nuts to your oats porridge. This will ensure that you get your daily quota of nuts and also take you out of the boring same oats BF. You can also try with fresh fruits like banana/mango/dates.

    Hello friends...hope all you had a great weekend. Totally derailed and ate all that i could get...:-(
    Starting this week fresh with new hopes...had oats for bf...lets see how the day goes on.

    Hi Thenral..I am here to give you company. I too missed following my planned menu this weekend and ended up eating burgers, fried chicken and what not. Lets hope we stay on track this week:cheers

    Hi Tenral,
    That you have realized you have derailed and wanna be back into eating right is whats great.
    no one is perfect we do derail at times.


    My weekend was ok,not much of cookies cakes -only 2 cookies a day at max.
    Also i baked a banana-date bread with absolutely no added sugar. It was great still.
    And yeah with whole wheat flour instead of maida.
    Will be posting food ligs again from today.
    (Mostly will miss posting on weekends,but will post a summary here as of how i did).

    My updates for 19/05
    BF : Oats + Banana
    Lunch : 3 chapathi
    Dinner : 2 Raagi chapathi
    2 teas in between and masala pori for snacks
    water 2 l
    And the bad thing is i ended the day with an ince cream :-((( and no exercise.
