My Fitness Diary!

    Here I am after a long hiatus. Starting this thread to keep track of my workouts and eating habits.
    IL has been a big motivating factor in my weight loss in 2013 and 2014. '15 saw a big downfall health wise and I am back with 65 kg . Starting my fitness journey again with many a failed attempts this year. My starting stats are

    WEIGHT : 65 kg
    BMI:30 (GRADE I obesity)
    P
    hysical activity: Occasional walking
    Diet: No restrictions
    Health issues of concern now:Anemia, PCOS n Clinical depression

    What I want in 2016;

    GOAL: To achieve a normal weight and stay fit, happy n calm. Appreciate life .

    AIM: Target weight: 55 kg . Reduce minimum 1kg/month
    Lifestyle changes

    PLAN:
    1. Cardio - Leslie/C25k daily

    2. 5 portions of fresh veggie n fruits in diet

    3. Replace Coffee with green tea in the mid day

    4. Moderate eating habits-Plan the meals ahead.

    5. Cut down on eating at restaurants.

    6. Meditate daily for 15 mins

    7. Play TT /Shuttle once in 15 days


    I will keep this as a journal of my activity and to identify and correct the pitfalls when it happen.

    As always, the support and encouragement of ILites will keep me moving I hope.

    Hoping for a healthy 2016.
