My favourite things!!!

My favourite day goes like this...

When my best friend comes home and I have a long chat with her.

When i cook something very new looking at recipe book and hear my dh,ds and dd say, "Mummy, it is yummy !!!!!"

When i try out some new craft and comes out very well. I will wait to see my kids' and dh's surprised look and their hearty comments

When i find my nursery class friends in orkut/facebook.

When we go to the beach and see my kids shouting a lot and playing in the water and see their excitement while have a ride in the water scooter

When i see my kids dress up and look good

When their principal and teacher praises them for being kind with others

When my dh plans for a sudden picnic or outing on weekends.

When i paint and it comes out good i am really very happy

When i see my dd inherit my interest in painting and do it the best in her own innocent way

When i hear my kids say, mummy you look good today

When my dh buys me things which i wanted really but kept within myself.

When my brother's kids call me mummy and talk to me like their friend.

When i cook for my mom when she comes over here and hear her say that i cook well. Back at home....i have never cooked at all.

When i see flowers blooming in my plants and find a lot of flowers to decorate my swami pictures in pooja room.

When i fight for a bite from my ds and dd's icecream and see their faces...

When i watch a comedy movie with my dh at home.

When i see my dd's art using microsoft paint and ask her to teach me do the same way. I love to admit to her...that i cant even try a single one like hers. i love to see a child's imagination coming out in her art.

When my ds and dd's photos were published in indonesian newspaper when my ds won a prize in a keyboard competition and my dd interest for clay dolls.

.....and a lot more..

Hmm..as for me as you have said it's always an endless list when it comes to talk about 'favourite things'..still a concise one would be:

*Writing verses on my 'Ma' ..even though they may be amateurish..and get 'talking' to 'Her' during my most happiest & sad moments!!!!

*Having fun with the kids during the value education classes, when I can get to see their different 'avatars'!

*Listening to a melanche of all-time melodies right from "Kurai Ondrum Illai",'ninnai charanadainthen',to "Yamunai Aatrile", "Poove poo chooda vaa" to "Yenamo yedho"!!

*Going for a long walk with my best pal-my Appa!

*Receiving mails and calls from those students whom I've taught..now in college!!!

*Bringing about a smile on my mom's face by giving her surprise-treats..

*Blogging in IL, receive wonderful fbs from my wonderful IL pals..and sometimes, if it's a first fb from Varalotti Sir..my day is made!!

*Hogging on chocolates and aloo as if there's no tomorow...

*sitting near the window..with a hot cuppa coffee and watching the showers outside!

*Go on those yet-another divinely enigmatic pilgrimages!!!!

Nice list , while reading it gives a soft pleasure to brain ,

The reason is ,i see many likes as like me
secondly all the likes are so admirable
