    The little girl in the lap is Goddess Bala Tripura Sundari and the Mother Goddess is Lialithsmbika.
    They come in Lalithasahasranama stotram.
    I do not know the temple .

    I like Aurobindo mother and have visited her ashram. Not sure whether you know her.
