My daughter's feels unsafe..plz advice me

Sorry for every one, but we have set her timing already and for tution she is only going for writing purpose coz, she is fine in oral but in writing she is too much slow, too much. She never write any letter till we ask her again,in home she is not doing home work, coz she is too much ziddi type,and always crying..thats y we are worried about her nature, coz we saw that other children try to be away in these condition from her..so we want to know what to do..
I know she is in her passing time abut i am scare from heredity coz her father has same nature like her. He is very soft-hearted and less decision power and become worry early, he becomes worry on what will be happens if this will be become..he is still scare from any situation and have less braveness, thats y i am worry about this, i don't want that she will get this thing from her father, what i have to do in this case, please guide me.
