    HI SUDA as always creative best with lots of patiently hard work in between,Ganeesha is his usual best, WHAT THREADS DID YOU USE ACHOR OR WOLLEN WHERE DID YOU GET SUCH FINE WOOL it look so great finish it with a mild outline inside and o broader one outside, with little stone work or gold jari whatever to bejewelled lord. -------he will bless you as always---congrats:thumbsup

    Thanks Malliga, I used woollen thread here.
    The wool is purchased in Bahrain and the brand is Chinese or Korean...could not read the name. The wool is extremely soft and was therefore easy to work with using a tapestry needle !!!

    Thanks Jothi, yes I have seen it with the glass painting and had posted my comments there.
    Your ganesha is slightly different from mine but we have both used wool to do the cross stitch.

    Here comes my Straight Stitch Ganeshji !!

    Dear all,

    Have a look at this Ganeshji made using straight stitch.
    This is from anchor stitch kit.
    Yet to frame it but:bonk for ideas to do the outline.
    (I had done one earlier (gifted) with zari border as outline) ... want to do this differently ..... so looking forward to your input !!
