BF - Avacado milk shake
SN - pineapple- grapes, bread-lebnah, sweet, 1 dates
SN - cucumber & carrot, almond and dry grapes
LC- 1 tbsp rice, aviyal, vazhapoo curry
SN - chocolate orange
DN - poha upma, chutney, a bite of banana, Tea
BB - cumin water
Workout - 15 mins elliptical+10 mins treadmill+10 mins walk
18, 19apr: Followed clean diet, no junk, hydrated, energetic, workout, 15000 steps
Today's weight 77.8kg
BF - Cornflakes with milk and dry fruits, 2 waffles
SN- few pieces of cucumber, apple, carrot, orange, almond and dry grapes
LC - 1 tbsp rice cabbage yogurt veg soup waffle 1
DN- poha upma cotton candy popcorn
Workout -15 mins elliptical+10 mins treadmill+20 mins walk

@sandstar why cornflakes?? pick up a bowl of fruits with some traditional steel cut oat porride or something.. cornflakes should ne the go to only when you cannot manage..
and eating fruits morning session is neneficial than evening and night. a friend’s trainer told her. then i read a few articles regarding the same and these days post lunch i dont eat fruits..

Is it good to eat fruits as snack. I feel hungry sometimes and I eat veg and fruits and dry fruits.
balance your fruits in such a way that calories are balanced. dry fruits have concentrated cals. even of they are healthy they are sometimes loaded with calories
how about pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds groundnuts or chana.. they are filling
cucumber, celery sticks papaya, apples
lettuce. mix with sprouts- fenugreek, moong, moth or even chana..
