    @Deepa100, its OK dear, when ever you have carvings , have a piece of it and make yourself busy. Keeping busy works for me to stay away from cravings

    BF: small bowl rice, dhal, okra stir fry
    Coffee
    Lunch: 2 chapathi, dhal, avocado salad
    Coffee
    Dinner: Brown Rice, veg curry @ 8 PM

    Walking 30 mins.
    Even though I ate rice, I tried to portion control it.

    Another change I recently implemented is that I stopped adding sugar to my coffee and I feel good about it.

    My bf - had 1 dosai , sambar and 2 cups beans poriyal.
    Mid morning -carrot and cucumber juice
    Lunch - rice , bitter gourd fry and curd
    Eve- coffee and 3 Rusk
    Dinner - chapatti and dhal
    Night had milk
    Walking for around 40 min in morning
    3 lit of water.
    Within 3 months I Ve reduced 10 kg.but from January I Ve not reduced.still same weight from January 1st.atleast I want to reduce 1 kg for this month

    Hi All,

    I want to join the club too. I gained lot of weight post marriage. My height is 5'5". I am around 72 kgs now.

    Early dinner is not possible for me as it will be around 9:15PM by the time I reach home from office.

    Any someone provide suggestions in this case?

    10AM Tea
    1PM Half cup Brown rice+ ladies finger +Beetroot
    4PM Sprouts Salad
    6PM Fruit salad
    7PM Tea
    7.30PM 2 Rotis+cauliflower sabzi

    45 mins brisk walk
