    Your diet is really very controlled...for me long way to go nearby you...
    If you can follow this for life Time....then no bounce back but if for some period focussed on weightloss...it may bounce back....Let's commit for Lifestyle change....strict diets are temporary...( My weightloss tamasha experience:tonguewink:)

    This is my general outline, it is not rigid. Each day is different and so I do make some adjustments according to circumstances.
    You are right. I hope to make daily exercise as a permanent change but this diet is only for short term:p
    This thread is for motivating each other and it is nice to share here

    Somebody was asking about corn.
    Yes , sweet corn when boiled and taken its good.one cup s almost like 100 to 120 calories.full of antioxidant s.so can have as snacks or add in pulav etc.

    Day20:3l water, green tea,10k steps,hungry late night
    Wt 77.7kg
    Day 21
    Warm water+almond+banana+black coffee
    Egg and roti+sprouts
    Fruits
    K special+apple
    Tea
    Sprouts
    Soup+stuffed roti+ stir fry

    Tomorrow my fast.... having high on protein today

    Yesterday was diet disaster.. But could come back to original form today.
    28th Feb
    ----------
    Lime honey water
    Tea
    2 roti+ chole
    2 roti+ mix veg+ dal+salad
    Tea
    chole salad
    If hungry will take some milk late @ night

    No workout
    3 lt water

    Happy Holi to all my best buddies...
    Week3 :completed though no weight loss but notice little inch loss:cheer:full of energy....less hunger...more active...started workout at least 150 minutes per week, 12000+steps, more warm water....
    Wt didn't move a bit...( 21 days formula of habit: Now I think, healthy eating will be turning to habit soon)
    Target 4th week: 77.3kg
    Plan week4:
    Diet: protein n fiber with every meal, focussed on warm water, less tea, 2 green tea, cal1250 cal
    Excercise: 13000 steps, 9 stairs, 30 minutes walk at home workout, 10 min elliptical

    28feb: fast but fried food at night
    1st: full day high calorie food...portion control is required. God's know what will happen.

    if you a
    sweet corn and peas in moderation if you are tackling pcos. just like beets, carrots and potatoes.

    B.F: green gram sundal, milk
    Lunch: 2 roti, dal palak with carrot & beans
    Snack: Peanuts
    Dinner: Dates, milk, little sundal
    No exercise, water 1L
    Sorry for losing interest. Wasted time and getting up late these days.
    @Shanvy is it because they have sugar content that corn peas etc should be moderate in intake?

    Yes @kalcandu . Our old traditional corn is good but sadly we don’t get that a lot. Sweet corn has too much sugar content
