    Thanks for your input. I am trying to improve my diet by incorporating the various suggestions received from here.

    Day18: 2l water, no green tea, 1 black coffee,12000steps,60min gym.diet failed had aloo tikki and pani puri in the evening:weary:

    Day19: warm water+ black coffee(50 cal), 30min gym done
    Papaya
    One sandwich potato stuffed(getting late...better then no bf:yum:)
    One green tea
    Fruits
    Two gobhi stuffed roti with out oil+ dahi
    Sprouts
    Soup and egg and sambhar

    Weekend was tough for me..
    Went for a home party and could not find any option of healthy choice. So has Puri...etc .. But did atleast 20 mins workout
    26th Feb
    -------
    Lime honey water
    Tea
    1 egg dosa+sambar
    2 roti+sambar
    Tea + 2 pc chocolate from my kid
    quinoa upma..

    2 lt water.
    Spl day of the month. So no workout..
    But planning to do atleast some walk tomorrow.

    Dec i was very regular on my workout and from 71 i reached to 69.5 kgs. In Jan went for a family function and reached 71.9 in 2 weeks.. Today after 1 month again reached 69.5 kg..
    Hope to see 67 no in March..

    Yesterday
    Breakfast double beans sundal, milk
    Lunch: Dal, Bottlegourd curry
    Snack: peanuts
    Dinner: milk, 3 dates
    water 1L, no exercise. not feeling well.

    today Ekadasi
    Morning milk and peanuts
    Noon brinjal curry, buttermilk, grapes
    Evening/Night: peanuts,milk,dates
    Exercise: morning and evening walking for 30mins
    Water 2L

    Feeling weak-minded and want to quit this high protein diet
    feel like eating nice pulav or fried veggie curry, rice with sambar etc.
    miss my old breakfast diet consisting of upmas and dosa
    one thing i am liking is exercise. body agility is improved, i feel lighter on my feet...but don't know how long this diet will last. i have doctor review this Wednesday..looking forward to that.

    Can you share with me how to go for high protein diet with recipes and daily diet...
    It will be great help for me...

    Have dosa/ upma once in bf...it will also boost metabolism... intermittent change in one the meal works

    Day19: 2l water, less focussed on protein, diet 70%followed, excercise, but not feeling good...got very emotional ( can I blame hormones, may be:()

    Day20: warm water+ coffee+ badam
    One roti with kundru sabzi
    2 eggs white
    One sandwich+ green tea
    Sprouts+dahi+ matar mushroom+roti
    Fruits
    Soup n salad n egg

    :)Well, I honestly don't know about these things so I am not sure if I can help. I myself am calling it a fancy name like high protein diet;). In reality it is more of a low carb diet. I will share my diet with you below, which you would have anyway seen in my daily updates.

    I take carbs, only in lunch in the form of whole wheat chapati, along with vegetables and dal. Morning I take sundal (pulses like kidney beans, chickpeas, butter beans, white peas,kala chana) for vegetarian protein. Night I take fruits. Apart from this, morning and night a cup of hot cow's milk.

    Thanks for your suggestion to have upma, dosa once in a while to help metabolism..Today I had khichdi made of white rice with added home made butter. Feeling so content:yum:. I have lost half a kilo:cool:.Hope it doesn't come back:(

    You seem to be doing well in terms of diet and daily exercise. Don't be anxious. Continue patiently. Good luck:thumbsup:
