    Welcome! It is great that you have already lost 5kgs. How did you achieve this?

    There is no secret to weight loss. We all know it is a mix of commitment, consistency. Chalking out an exercise-diet regimen and sticking to it. You could try following a low carb high protein diet for weight loss.

    Today is Ekadasi and I fast from grains&pulses today.

    So no breakfast.
    Lunch: bhindi fry, fruit salad, roasted peanut,curd
    Evening:fruit salad, peanut
    Night:milk

    Water 1litre, no exercise...umm.. Feeling shameful.. Actually am expecting my AF.. which is not happening... Wasted time googling stuff like early preg symptoms.. facepalm...

    I like to take papaya.its a excellent fruit.it makes you full and feel satisfied for long time.i usually get from market.half riped one.within 2 days it ll be ready.i cut and store in fridge and use it whatever quantity I need.fruits and veg s are harm less so we can take little extra if you're hungry

    7AM Lemon+Hot water+Honey
    10AM Lentil dosa without oil-2
    1AM Brown rice
    Carrot+pumpkin+rasam
    5PM Tea+peanuts+2 Lentil Dosa
    7PM Lemon Tea

    Work out 1 hour of workout(threadmill+cycling+elliptical)
    Water 3L

    Day 2 of Challenge - Complete

    11-Feb

    7AM Tea
    10AM millet dosa-2 without oil
    1AM Brown rice
    Chicken- prepared with no oil+home made briyani(may be a 2 laddle full+mutton)
    5PM Tea+peanuts+2 Lentil Dosa
    7PM grapes

    Work out 1 hour of workout(threadmill+cycling)
    Water 2L

    Day 3 of Challenge - Not Complete

    This was kind of a cheat day for me as I could not resist briyani:(

    Thanks kalcandu.....i did portion control and half an hour walking for reducing 5 kges....nothing much.

    Day5: challenge not completed. No wisely diet. No walk. My baby was down with fever and on weekends....I m not able to manage my diet n walk

    Day6: started late
    Early morning: one banana
    BF: one paratha n mooth...one cup tea
    Mid morning: Fruit salad
    Lunch: two gobhi stuffed roti with out oil
    Even: sprouted mooth one big bowl
    Late snack: one apple
    Dinner: salad n soup

    Water:3l n 10000steps n green tea
    Wt gain: 79 kg

    Positive today: I returned back on my plan after one day failure

    Hi kalcandu
    I just wanted to hug u. bcos I was in same boat few years back.now iam a mom of 2 kids.dont worry about prepregancy symptoms (googling will never increase our stress). thinking about that will cause unnecessary tension.please forgot that ur TTC and proceed.(reduce wt,healthy food and exercise). things will fall in places.
    Don't worry about your periods date and all.
    Stay calm,read any books etc(slogam,). don't worry,youll be blessed with a beautiful healthy baby
