    You cannot time this challenge better. Just this morning I was feeling so guilty of eating heavy and late dinner these days. Yesterday I ate white rice, sambar, potato fry for dinner at 9:30 PM. I was too tired, hungry not to forget being tempted to eat that last night.

    This is nice. I am in.
    So, we are going to have this challenge for a week, right?

    I really want to be serious this time. For me, point (2) is the most important one. I always drink 3L of water everyday. I will try to workout 30 mins. I can only do walking that too not 30 mins at a stretch. I will do 15 mins twice a day.

    Hi sandhya 13,dont feel guilty bcos it does happen to everyone.i Ve kids and my dinner time sometimes goes beyond 9 if my lo didn't sleep.that time I ll binge like anything.bcos iam so hungry that time.
    But now we atleast truly wanted to make healthy choices.
    Come back on track.
    Drinking 3 lit water,having salad s very much ok for me,but early dinner part iam still working.try to finish by 8.30
    Count me too for weeks challenge

    7AM Hot water +Lemon
    8AM Tea
    9AM Oats+buttermilk
    2PM Brown rice+Brinjal+Bitter Guard+Cluster beans
    5PM Tea+peanuts
    8PM Papaya

    Work out 30 mins treadmill+30 mins brisk walk
    Water 3.5L

    A satisfying day in terms of diet and exercises..
