    I just got to read your story, "Oru Vibathu - Oru Visaaranai" in this week's vaaramalar. The story line was nice. Very neatly written. I am really happy to give first feedback on your story in Vaaramalar this week. I am a silent reader of your stories in this portal.

    thanks a lot, Bhargavi. The underlying lesson of the story is that we do good or harm only to ourselves and not to others. At another level there are no "others" in this world.
    When will this corrupt people learn this lesson?
    And one of my professional colleagues called after reading the story. He said that he was totally fed up with corruption as he had to heavily bribe a bureaucrat only yesterday. He told me that he felt like having taken a revenge after reading this story.

    thanks. yes, I wanted to tell how corruption has been ingrained into our system and even our thinking. And second I wanted to prove that whatever we do to others, good or bad, we do to ourselves.

    Very nice story...But what harm did that small boy do other than being born to that crooked man...Feeling really bad...Could not accept it at all...I understand what we give, what we get...But that boy...very sad...
