Moving to Palm Beach

Hi,

We are moving from NJ to Palm Beach, Florida in a week for a new project. I tried to search for 1bhk flat for rent in Sulekha, forrent, rent, apartment,apartmentguide sites, but couldn't find a proper flat with reasonable rent. I'm posting this thread to find out Indians living in Palm Beach city, what are the residential areas where Indians live. If you can suggest any links to find rental apartments(especially short lease) that would be really helpful.

I've called around 30-40 people after seeing ads in sites for 1bed apartments. All the flats are for annual lease, if it is for short lease, we need to pay double the rent.
Any one living in Palm Beach Gardens/West Palm Beach/North of Juno beach?
Are you guys also opted for annual lease?
We will be moving there in a week, hence trying to find suitable places...
