Moving in a month.. Need a moving checklist please

We live in North Carolina.We are moving next month to another close by city with in the state. I would really appreciate if you can please provide a moving checklist.

Boxes to pack, Masking tapes,Markers, Fire safe for your important papers,food and drinks if you have kids

If you are hiring a moving company, make sure you save every single bit of all the paperwork with you. Make sure everything the movers say is stated in writing...

Make sure you get a copy of all of your medical records with you. Clinics will give the first copy for free on signing the release request to yourself..Although your new clinic can get these electronically, having them in hand expedites your establlishment in the new clinic/healthcare..
