Motivational required to stick to my diet !

    Hi friends
    I am lalready on a strict excercise and diet regime I have enrolled myself for a great yoga class which helps me be in shape ... I have just about 4 kgs more to lose to feel good and stay good. I have already lost a moderate amount of weight .
    The problem now is I no longer am determined .. I find myself losing that killer instinct I had initially I guess thats to do with the fact that I have lost an amount of weight and I am in good shape....I am lacking that motivation to stick to my diet.
    I am attending my classes regularly but it's my diet that I find myself faltering ...
    Can anyone here provide me with the moral support to stck to my guns ... Not cheat.. I just have about 4 kgs to lose I don't want to ruin my shape.. I have worked hard for this and don't want to end up stuffing myself and coming back to square one.

    Stick your before picture on your mirror and remind yourself that if you dont diet or exercise you will become like that image again

    hi rammy,
    i am too sailing on the same boat.....
    dont prepare fried items at home... u can eat very little from outside... preparing at home is more dangerous...
    buy only one litre oil for the whole family... strictly use the same for a month....
    u can practise this, atleast to maintain the same weight...

    Lakshmi my problem is stick to my diet but towards night I feel like eating whatever I prepare fr my family ... Tea time I feel like snacking on biscuits/ chips since I give the same to my kids... I m losing that will power to resist .. Sometimes I just give in...
    Well will work towards avoiding it... I have put up motivational quotes all around the places in the house I frequently use .

    Hey Rams!!
    On the same boat...lost 28+ kgs
    just 5 more to go....cant resist food now though qty is low....so its not increasing now but not losing either.

    Tried all kinds of self motivations ...not working :(.

    Plz help
