Dear Varudhunni, It is really very touching and made me cry too. Recently, I watched the new Arattai Arangam with Solomon Pappaiah. In that one man narrated similar episode of his mother working hard for him all the time just to see him get a good life and all along he ignored her and ill treated her. But, in the end after her death he realised what all she did for him and in front of all he broke down. I just recall the Tamil saying 'Thaayir chirantha koilum illai, thanthai sol mikka manthiram illai".
