Try these energizer!BANANA MILKSHAKEIngredients 1 c. milk 1 banana 1 c. vanilla ice cream, softened Step 1: Put the milk, banana, and ice cream into a blender or a milk shake machine. Mix at high speed until smooth. Note: Makes 3 servings. YOGURT PARFAITSIngredients 1 c. low fat or fat-free yogurt 1 handful walnut halves or sliced almonds 1 medium banana, sliced 6 strawberries, cut in half 1 handful blueberries (about 15 berries) 1 T. cinnamon 1/4 c. granola (optional) Step 1: In a parfait glass, or any tall clear glass, spoon half of the granola into the bottom of glass. Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt on top of the granola. Sprinkle on the nuts. Layer on 1/3 of the sliced banana, strawberries, and blueberries. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cinnamon. Do two more layers like this, starting with the yogurt. Save the other half of the granola for the top. Makes 1 yogurt parfait. Note: If you really want to power up your breakfast, mix in protein powder and/or wheat germ throughout the yogurt layers. TAke care, Shilakanchan
