moong idly healthy breakfast

    I want to eat only one time rice items Today i cooked Moong idly. sportued moong 1 cup , salt to taste , little ginger, 2 green chillies grind all this in mixer add any 1 cup nicely chopped spinach i added 1 cup coriander leaves. Apply little oil in a idly mould steam it 15 mins enjoy with low fat curd

    nice recipe. The same ingredients (moong daal not sprouted one) are used in making pesarattu i.e., moong daal dosa.
