Hello Everyone, Are middle school students in your area taught about Money & Finance in schools? I wonder why schools do not teach kids this life skill? I think the kids are made aware of stuff at the macro level like various countries having their own currencies, the denominations of their own currency, etc. I would have liked the kids to be aware (considering their age & previous exposure) of other macro stuff like exchange rates between currencies and a few other economic concepts like sunk cost, etc. without using any jargon and at micro level- what investments & savings are, why they are important and how to go about them. Any thoughts on this please?
Any Chartered Accountants/ Finance Professionals/ Teachers around who could guide me with this please?
