it is common i feel. do you have sinus? bcoz i had thisproblem whenever i take hair wash in the evening and sleep in AC, especially inhot summer.

 

No abinaya.. I don't have sinus.. This is the first time I experience numbness on head.

 

@Rashmi yeah I too have numbness in hands and my feet once I wake up. The doctor said it is normal and to do warm oil massage once I get up.

 

hello all,
i am in my 23rd week and experiencing back pain, especially on the days when i dont sleep properly. And other days for whatsoever cause. is this normal?
Does anybody else like me?

@abhinayamadhavan Even I used to have back pain. But got relieved after doin some simple exercises thought in my Antenatal class. If your in Chennai do attend those classes. Dr Rekha Sudarsan handles the classes and it was very useful.

 

@idame: iwill check it out. where is the clinic located?

 

@abhinayamadhavan Actually I attended her classes in Hyderabad Rainbow Hospital.From her intro came to know that she conducts classes in Chennai too. Googled and found out that she takes classes in Seethapathy Clinic ,Royapettah. Do check that out.

 

Anybody done with ur GTT test?? And how much have u gained till now??

 

what is GTT? i know only Gestational Diabetes? As on 23rd March my total weight gain was 6 kgs. This weekend or nextweekend i will go for check up. then only i will check..
