Modular kitchen- merits and demerits

Hi,

All of them well known about modular kitchen.It gives more merits as well as some demerits. V also have a plan reg.modular kitchen for our new home.

V plan to do thru a Carpenter. It's only cost saving also.Bcz our kitchen is very small.

will u pls tell me ,

1.which wood is best for it? which brand of chimney is best in Chennai?
2.If v choose any private agencies, how much their cost?
3.who is best agency in Chennai?
