Dear Sowmi, You are welcome, all the more in your "special status" ! So, when are you dropping in ? Love, Chith.
Mrs.C, the picture itself seems to be so tempting..cant wait until krishna jayanthi. Want to make sure abt adding vellam directly in the milk(no curdle will happen) ? Thanks once again.
Re: MW Akkaravadisal - no mess, please, try this for Janmashtami ! Dear Chitra What do Micro Med (70) & Micro Low(40) stand for? specifically the figures in brackets? Regards Sowmya
Dear Ami, Do not allow the mixture to boil after jaggery & sugar are added. Just simmer so that thei will dissove & blend with the mixture. Boiling only will create curdling. This is one of my yummiest recipes, I guarantee you ! Love, Chithra.
Re: MW Akkaravadisal - no mess, please, try this for Janmashtami ! Dear Sowmya, The "nomenclature" in each MW oven varies. Some give power level in no:s which I have given in brakets. In mine there are 6 horizontal lines. For med, I keep in 4 & for lo in 2 lines. Love, Chithra.
Thanks for all yr replies. I guarantee that Lord Krishna will be loaded with yr akkaravadisal from many of his IL devotees!! Rgds.
