    Re: glitter painting,glass painting

    hi sangita,

got the board, from market......the design was drawn on it...before i started i dusted of the whole board......coloured the face and body part with fabric colour .....next day made the sree borders with golden spiral thread.....pasted them with fevicol....as it dried up .....then at a row i pasted the glitter with fevicol......dried it for half an hour then started the next row......as i finished the whole drawing.....i kept it in a standing position...the extra glitters came of then i gave to the shop to bind that for me......that all my friend it is simple....

for black & white ma durga picture......i had traced the drawing on a glass painted the out line with asian paint with the most thinest painting brush...as it half dried....i pasted silver glitter with crused allumunium foil and kept it to dry......as it dried up i pasted a news paper at the back,so that my glitter does not come out......after the whole project dried up i gave it for binding......thats all......

Re: My new thermocol painting !!!!!!!!!

Hi leelagk and pavithra and swaran

Thank you so much for your sweet fbs

I too once thought that it is difficult to paint on thermocol surface.

once when i got a picture which hooked me up i just could not wait till i go get a chart paper from the shop....looked around and saw only a big thermocol sheet...thought why not try and that was my hibiscus painting ---my first painting on thermocol N my favourite too.

Fabric paints have a very smooth flow on thermocols...it is really quite easy. watercolours are difficult.

    Re: Zardosi peacock with glitters

    Dear Revathy,

Thanks for stepping in....glad to know that you liked my work.... looking forward to see your works also...

it is very simple elvee.....paste felt cloth on the card board.... draw the design or trace the design.....i have used glitter and zardosi threads....cut zardosi threads and paste it for leaves and peacock ...decorate with kundan stones.....that's it...

Pot Paintings & Wood Panels Painting

    Hi,

Though having no initiation into art and craft in my childhood, I wanted to learn a new hobby as I was getting bored, sitting at home. So joined this hobby class where I learnt painting with clay, ceramic and concrete. Let me know how you like these paintings. :rotfl:drowning:cheers
