Mixed fruit lassi [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]1 medium sized pear (roughly chopped) 1 medium sized apple (roughly chopped) 2 cups yogurt 2 tbsps honey 2 tbsps apricot preserve Ice cubes as required 4 fresh mint leaves Blend chopped pear and apple in a blender well. Add yogurt, honey and apricot preserve and continue to blend till smooth. Add a cup of ice cubes and blend some more. Add mint leaves and blend again. Serve chilled.[/font]
