all are the medicines drs usually give for conception...duphaston should be taken after ovulation is complete and letroz from 3rd day of periods...take note of the dates when u should take these medicines from your doc... things should be fine..

Hi friends,

hope few of my IL friends dint forget me yet. I was away from IL from past few months. Actually i was in worst phase of life. As i lost my second pregnancy also in january. In one year of married life i lost it twice. I was completely off in last 5 months. My DH is a greatest support to recover this. This time i went to a famous Gynecologist . Everything was fine. All of sudden i had heavy bleeding twice . And 2nd time i had gone for D and C. Doctor is not able to figure out the reason. Now me and my husband started running to other doctors. My problem is i've irregular periods. In USG once polycystic ovaries came, once it dint come. My all harmones are normal level. All tests for antibodies came normal. My previous doc is not clear about the reason of my miscarriage.my aunt who is also a gynec she told that the injection which prescribed me during pregnancy,those harmonal injections harmed me. I lost trust on my gynec. Now i need a good gynec in chennai near R.A.Puram, who handles such complicated cases..need your suggestions. Please friends.

So sorry to hear your losses. I can imagine the pain it causes. Hope it works out for you soon.

Have you had your insulin/blood sugars checked? Sometimes high insulin levels can cause polycystic ovaries even though the rest of your hormones are ok. it can also cause miscarriages. ask your doc to check your fasting blood sugar (should be less than 110) and your hemoglobin a1-c (should be less than 6).

I had pcos caused by high insulin and could not even conceive due to this, even though all my hormone levels were normal. I *think* I had a miscarriage but not sure since my periods were so irregular. My fasting sugar was 112 and hemoglobin a1-c was 6.7. With diet and excercise I bought them down to 100 and 6.1, after which I had an IUI and now a naughty 10 month old.

So please do get these tests done.

Thanks to all who replied.
This sugar test also done. Sugar came 98 and HB A1C came 5.1. So no case of this also.
