    Re: Dates sweet

    Ingredients:

    24 dates (take big size)

4 - 5 tab sp cream cheese (at room temperatur)

1 orange (remove skin and seeds)

    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    <!--concordance-begin--> <!--concordance-end-->

    Method:

With a paring knife, make a slit in each date sufficient to remove the seed.
    Keep the dates aside.
In a small bowl, mash the cream cheese, orange and cinnamon.

Stuff each date with a bit of the cream cheese mixture and chill.
Now they are ready to serve.

NOte: this is not actually a sweet recipe; but it is a date recipe. Hope you love this.

    Bread Ladoo

    Hi All,

This is one of the dishes which my mom used to prepare for us. Hope you all will like it.

    Ingredients:

    Bread -- 1 packet.
Milk and Sugar -- As required.
    Cocount (Scraped) -- One Half.
    Cardamom -- 2.
    Oil -- As required.

    How to Prepare:

Remove the brown sides of the bread and tear the soft white parts into small pieces.

Add Scarped coconut, sugar and cardamom. Make a dough out of all these. You can use milk to make the dough but remember not to use too much of milk. The dough should be thick.

Then make several small balls out of the dough and fry them in oil.

It is a very simple and easy to make recipe. Hope you all will enjoy it.
