So my last client that had migraines, also had some physical issues that I solved through watching her move through testing by video, of course, and then guiding her through some stretches, foam rolling and then using a spike ball on her foot. She is fine now and less flare up. When it flares up, she works out with some specified exercises and it goes away. There could be many reasons for migraines.
