you can use borosil and pyrex type of glasswares and ceramic utensils in microwave oven. For convection we can use aluminium.
Hai, U can use specific vessels in Tupperware (which can only be used for microwave), chk with the tupperware consultants while purchasing. Some products must be used without the cover of the vessel etc stuff....... In the below website chk the 3rd page except eleganzia bowl (which is green in color) rest can be used in microwave, but without seal (means cover), only for 3 mins u can keep, give break in between while cooking.....like 3mins take it out and again 3 mins etc......... c the 8th page, it is a full set which can be used in microwave....it is called multicook and how to use booklet will be given with the full set.....and some receipes will also be added in it.......
