microwave and induction cooking health hazards

    There are no ill effects. Both microwave oven and induction heater are just sources of heat. They do not interact adversely with what is cooked.
    One must be careful to use vessels compatible with each type of heat source.

    Pressure handi is also a pressure cooker. It has to conform to the same standards applicable to pressure cookers. The only difference is that the handi is used for direct cooking in the vessel and the shape is supposed to retain certain flavours better than the straight walled cooker.
