    After 3 days my Dad finally had some bowel movement.

    He was so miserable before. Who can blame him!

    only 23 minutes

    dealing with work, getting proper Heart medication refills (either brand name or generic from the same manufacturer)

    now i'm gonna walk half an hour + to burn off extra carbs!

    happy chasing... its friday and also mothers day week so everyone will be busy or leaving early, so get back to them before you miss them..

    LOL, I was half-way successful

    The Cardiologist isy et to send Heart Medication prescriptions to the pharmacist - will follow up Monday



    Today zero study :anguished:

    Lot of stuff due at work, plus household chores later on

    Hoping for tomorrow .....

    Today I did 24 minutes…. Next week or so I’ll be on hiatus

    I should have done something pending for the office. Even if it is during weekend and after-hours

    boss gave me a task that I didn’t even know how to approach. Struggled 3 weeks

    Finslly a vendor for another project gave some of his ideas. Only yesterday, Friday I started to appriairhe problem

    I’m concerned if I dont do good job on time, boss may ask me to come back to office in person.

    im currently working from home to help Dad with his recovery from heart operation and the subsequent a-fib
