Head and Body Massage with Gingely oil once a week. Warm gingely oil with a few pepper corns and massage after it cools a little.. Leave it on for 30 mins and wash off with shikakai Powder. It cools the body and also maintains the skin and hair in the summer.

There is an drink prepared with Raw Mangoes and Mint in Rajasthan, they are the best people for these details, as heat is the way of their life, if any one knows about that drink, detail it.

that drink is called "aam panna" made using raw mango, spices and mint leaves

    Raw mangoes - 2 nos.
    Rock salt - to taste
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder (optional) - 1/4 tsp or as per your preference (pepper is spicy but never produce heat or acidity or ulcer)
    Sugar - 1/2 cup
    Mint leaves - 1 handful
    water
    ice cubes (optional)

Cut mango, boil it adding water. drain the water and save it. let the mango cool down. Grind it to a very smooth paste adding the saved water.
