Methods to keep our body cool!

    As this is the summer season in Tamil Nadu also started Kathiri Veyil, shall we share some home remedies to keep our body cool... Chillout!

    You can try below two ways:

    1. Butter milk is best for sure to keep the body cool. I give it to my husband daily after dinner.
    2. You can try to make aam pana from raw mangoes. Its really good.

    I heard that Gulkand is also nice to have to keep the body cool.

    Try having kambu (miillet) porridge by adding buttermilk for breakfast. It is a very good , cool and nutritious one.

    methi leaves and methi seeds are also reduce the body heat..

    lassi is good optin for keeping body cool.

    Also saggibiyyam is best suitable and easy to make.

    You can also use Jaggery melted in water. This really works for me. For taste you can add some elachi and miriyalu powder.

    Coconut water reduces body heat to great levels.

    Thanks for all your replies.. will try these tips and let you know the results...

    Some where I heard that Muskmelon is good for reducing body heat.
    It can be taken as juice or just peaces. If you don't like the taste, have some sugar or honey and deep & eat it.
    Also it is very cheap compared with other fruits.
