Dear Anisha ,
You need the basic frame to do it. You can use wool or thin plastic wire or metalic thread or cone thread to wind around the frame. The decoration is your choice.

The day you had posted this the attachment could not be viewed by me. The colour combination is so good that even after moving from the screen..it is in front of my eyes only.Seems like it has captured mind. The golden hangings used add more attractive value to it.
