    Geeta..Great job..I stumbled upon this very late I should say..Having my share of lows these days...Research work not yielding any results, sleepless nights , fibromyalgia, irritable bowels, migraine..Not handling all these well..I really don't know what to do...Self esteem is dangerously low..Grateful for everything I have but feel that there is something missing in terms of the quality of life..

    In spite of having everything, we women, suffer from so much of stress; professional and self created. Even as I type these words, I know that I too have similar ups and downs but strive to be buoyant. Being aware is one of the biggest blessings as it helps to pull our inner resources when desperately needed.

    :fearscream::worried: Isn't it sad that a young life was lost over such a small incident? I wish our schools restrict elaborating on subjects that have no immediate value in life. I would suggest that our education system must focus on preparing children to be self sufficient, confident and emotionally stable individuals.
