Want to make this week’s meatless meals more satisfying?

✅ I have a tip for you today to help boost the richness and creaminess of your favorite vegetarian (bean-based) chili!

Try stirring some peanut or almond butter into your chili! I know this sounds weird, but the tastes really complement each other.

Plus, you’ll get a boost of nut-based healthy fats and some extra protein power.

Has anyone in here ever tried this before!?

Can you please share your recipe of the chilli. Never made it at home and didn't know there was a vegetarian option of chilli.

Additional fats is not necessary to boost the "body" (i.e., increase the viscosity) of the legume based chili dishes. The cook may take a few tablespoons of the chili in a blender jar, blend to a fine paste, and put it back in the chili and stir it. The chili will thicken. That's all there is to it.

What is the difference between channa-masala (chole) and garbanzo-beans chili ? Ponder.

You can substitute tofu, for example, for beef or lentils. I have never made it but I know you can Google it.. Let me know if that works.
