Re: mutton kolas Hi Rithi First clean the raw mutton several times. If you have a food processor you can grind the mutton till it all becomes a thick dough.Do not add water when grinding in the processor. After this process you can add ginger,garlic,chillies,coconut,kadalai pauppu and salt make a paste using little water.Now u can put the grinded mutton and this paste together in the processor and make a dough and then make small balls and fry it in the oil. -Priyas

Re: mutton kolas Hi, First I shall give the ingredients needed for making kola balls; Ingredients needed; Mutton Onions Green chillies Ginger Garlic Fennel Egg Roasted gram Oil Procedure: First pour little oil in a pan.Add fennel,fry and then add sliced ginger,garlic,sliced onions and slit chillies.Fry them well till golden brown and then add washed minced mutton with a little salt.Cook till there is no water left.While frying can add cloves and cinnamon.Cool and then grind it in the mixie.Just a light turn will do or it will become too pasty.To the mix add an egg and powdered roasted gram.....mix well and make small balls.Deep fry in oil and you will get tasty and crispy kola balls.Goes well with sauce. Mutton Bone Soup Ingredients: Mutton Bones - 1/4 KG Salt - as per your need Peppercorns - 7-8 Cinnamon - Little powdered Cloves - 7-8 powdered Cumin Seeds - 7-8 Tomato - 1 medium size(cut in to small pieces) Water - Quantity as required Shajeera - Little Wash Mutton properly and keep aside.Take a pressure pan and add Mutton, Tomoto, Turmeric, Salt, water, powdered Cloves, powdered Cinnamon, peppercorns. Pressure cook up to 15 mins untill the bones and flesh are tender. When the steam releases open the lid and transfer the content to a bowl. In the same pan heat ghee, season with Shajeera and Cumin Seeds, add the pressure cooked content and let boil for a minute. Switch off and serve.
