Meal Prep

    Except Thursday, followed this, so good week.
    I think I will keep it very simple, much easier to follow and also to finish the food.
    Will post a meal plan for next week over the weekend.

    Mon: cabbage with black eyed peas + sambar + steamed baby zucchini
    Tues: veg korma, beans paruppu usili
    Wed: green peas and drum stick + broccoli something
    Thu: aloo kurma + sprouts salad + steamed asparagus
    Fri: brinjal bharta + mung dal + steamed peas

    Today cut beans and cabbage for Mon/Tues and soaked black eyed peas.

    today routine started.

    Okra Fry + ridge guard sambar + Rasam - today full south indian Thali.. :)

    Mon: Okra Fry + ridge guard sambar + Rasam / Night - Left over rice +curd = new curd rice +pomogranate toppings.

    Tues: Beans porial + Keerai porial + tomato rasam.
    Mrng : fresh coconut 2 piece+ 2 carrots.

    Lunch: Almond - flax flour rotis with palak paneer for myself, WW - flax rotis with the same curry for kids.

    TJ's sells frozen ginger paste in cute teeny tiny cubes. :)

    In glass jars? I didn't know it's safe to freeze stuff in them! Or did I misunderstand? :confused:

    Yes, glass jars. Why not safe? Aren't mason jars also made of glass?

    Is it not safe due to to gg paste reacting with glass or the jar bursting?
