Few things came up and we didn't eat home properly after Thursday. So had leftovers for Saturday and unused vegs. It's a weekly occurrence and upsets all meal plans.

Will try to plan and post the menu today.

Lunch: for me(scrambled tofu-mushroom-spinach, cabbage poriyal and few paneer pieces), DS- potato sandwich, DD- poori with potato curry, I arranged my lunch box and made potato curry last night itself, just made sandwich and puri in the morning.

I do 90% of OPOS cooking, so only prep takes most time, and actual cooking is just less than 15 mins for each dish.

For eg: cabbage poriyal- just 2 whistles in PC and is done in 10 mins.

I have 2 PCs and a IP with 2 inserts so I first prep for all dishes and do the cooking in max 40 mins for 5 curries.

    Thanks

My meal planning fell apart after my previous post. I cooked that week but not much was consumed and then last week I did not plan and did not cook much.

    This week's meal plan:
    Mon: Radish + chanadal, sambar
Tue: Fried rice, mushroom pepper fry, cucumber peanut salad
    Wed: chana masala, aloo gobi
    Thu: veg korma, beets
    Fri: green peas, egg curry

Going to cut up radish and make and freeze coconut paste for veg korma. Will also cook for tomorrow now.
