Hello to all, Fingers were fiddeling the channels on the remote control. I think it is better to type and give my finger's do typing work than allowing them to work on the remote control. Channels displaying freshly pancaked faced skimmed dressed woman sobbing, advts blaring to prove their product is the best. Mind was not absorbing any of the above scenes.:spin Then came the news channel and the news that has led me to write this. 25 yrs of completion of BSP. Money spent for celebrations- 200 cr. WOW I WOULD HAVE SPENT MY ENTIRE LIFE COUNTING IT. If you would have seen the news the figures you have would have know my this hour - 200 cr rupees spent 50 lakhs spent on flowers. 25 lakhs people were pulled in. Out of which half of them were who could not even manage one square meal a day. 10 acre land arranged for function 30,000 special guests. etc etc But wht caught my attention is A GARLAND OF 1000 RS NOTES which was gifted to the beautiful Mayawati.What an unashamed display of wealth. What is Indian Government Doing? Where are the IT department officials? Could not Mayawati have given the money to Schools and Colleges which have been closed because of lack of funds, IIT Instutions who are raising fees or thinking of closing the branches, Give loans to sinking companies and save the workers there. Atleast she could have given it to the Government so that the Nuclear Bill could have been easily passed:hide: and the speaker could shift attention to other topics. Why is the Government of India so lenient towards Mayawati. I am not her enemy. Just felt that this display of money could have helped the country in so many good ways. Also i would like to know the good deeds done by her for her state. If anyone can let me know i will be happy. Hope Mayawati uses her power well and becomes the saviour of our India. Love, Parvathi.
I totally agree with you. What a shameless woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a known fact that indian polticians are corrrupt.But to erect your own statues with a purse in your hand and allowing yourself to be garlanded with 50000 thousand rupee notes .........GOD .only she can do it. Now the new piece of news is that she has ordered DIG-level probe as to why there was a honey bee comb on the stage ceiling where she was giving her speech. How ridiculous can it get!!!!!!!!!! I cant' even imagine what would happen to India if she became PM. COz she has her eyes set there.
