    i'm due on may 23rd.
    jaden,
    i dont have thyroid before conceiving. in the second month blood test it was there. but doc said not to take any medicine till 3 months. but at the end of 3rd month thyroid was normal. so no meds.

    It's good that your thyroid level is normal. Are you meeting an endocrinologist for the same?? Gynac doesn't specialise in this area. My thyroid keeps on fluctuating, sometimes it's normal, and at other times its way off the mark. My endocrinologist has asked me to check levels every 6 weeks, and then he adjusts my dosage. Luckily I lost tons of weight when I started medications, so no complaints.

    Currently I am 19 weeks and 2 days, headaches, round ligament pains, and cravings! Have gone for my anatomy scan so waiting for my next appointment which is Dec. 18th to meet with a doctor and check on my little on again Hope you all are doing well

    Welcome gauri9 and OCdesigirl. Congratulations to you both. I have been having terrible sinus headaches since past 3 days. Tried steaming, balm, in the end took a paracetamol. Nothing helped. I did experience nausea along with it. Hoping I feel better soon.

    @Jaden : thanks you for welcoming. I will get head ache too sometimes whenever i have trouble breathing but that goes away soon. I know it is hard for you . Hope your get away with head ache :)

    My updates: I started feeling baby kicks..I do not if it is kick or hickups but i do feel them morning, afternooon and in night also.. That is nice feeling!! it is more when i play music :)

    Im 20 weeks now. Have anatomy scan scheduled on 21st week.
    Hope everyone is doing fine.
    i'll back to india on 23rd week.

    welcome new friends,

    dear jaden, im following natural system. according to that, our body is correct, whatever it does. it is adjusting our levels jus for its benefit. so im not consulting doctors. my gynaec is ok with my system and in case of not well, im taking ayurveda.
